Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Exceptions:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you with an exchange or issue a refund for the damaged product.

  • Wrong Order: If you receive the wrong item, we can offer an exchange, provided that the product is still unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for assistance with the exchange.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on makeup products once they have been opened or used. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

Order Accuracy: Please ensure all details of your order, including product selection, shipping address, and payment information, are correct before finalizing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes.
